✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

📌 For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

📦 How to Start a Return

  2. Follow Instructions: Our team will reply with return guidelines and the return address.

  3. Ship It Back: Pack your item securely and send it to the provided address.

✔️ If the return is due to our mistake or a defective item, we cover the return shipping cost.
❗For other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
